Our Workouts
STROLLER STRIDES®
Stroller Strides® is a 60-minute total-body workout with strength, cardio, and core training, all while engaging the little ones in a stroller! You’ll leave class feeling strong, empowered, connected, and energized—no matter your stage of motherhood.
FIT4BABY®
FIT4BABY® is an 8-week prenatal program that includes weekly private group workouts, community support, and a weekly journal to document your pregnancy journey. The workouts will build your mental and physical endurance, strengthen your body, and prepare you for pregnancy, birth, and beyond.
BODY BOOST
Body Boost is a drop-in full body high intensity interval training (HIIT) workout. Bring a water bottle, free weights if you have them, a yoga mat or towel and dress to exercise! This class is for women only. No kiddos!
This Winter Body Boost will be held:
*Tuesdays @7:30pm with Mia at Ritter Park
*Wednesdays @5:15am with Nicole at APA in Apex (indoors)
*Thursdays @7:30pm with Casie at Ritter Park
Attend Boost using one of our FIT4MOM Class Passes or with our Body Boos 1x Week Membership or FIT4MOM Premium Membership
STROLLER BARRE®
Stroller Barre® is a 60-minute stroller workout that improves your posture, stability, and mobility while strengthening your body from the inside out! Reconnect with your body, increase flexibility, and find the inner strength you need for motherhood.
BODY IGNITE®
Body Ignite® is a 30-minute mom-only strength workout that targets every muscle in your body. This easy-to-follow program will increase your metabolism, athleticism, and ability to lift, lunge, and push everything mom-life throws your way!
RUN CLUB+®
Take your running to the next level with our 8-week guided training program for 5K, 10K, or half marathon distance runs. We provide opportunities to learn and improve your running techniques through our detailed training plans, coaching, and community support. Come run with us, mama! Spring session starts February 2024. Registration opens soon!
