Enter at 2200 Laura Duncan Rd, stay on main road all the way to the end (past tennis/basketball courts), and meet at the Large Shelter.

We have classes here on Thursday and Friday mornings. Meet us next to the playground under the large shelter. The easiest parking lot to use is off of Stinson Avenue, almost across the street from W.E. Hunt Community Center. The address given online is to the baseball field side of the park. The Stinson Ave. entrance is more convenient to our meeting location next to the playground.

We meet at the large field next to the sand volleyball court. Drive all the way into the park and you'll see the field on your left.

This is our early-morning Body Well workout program location. Class is held on Monday and Thursday mornings from 5:30-6:30AM.

*Right now we are holding all classes outdoors in the parking lot area unless inclement weather forces us inside.

January and February Stroller Barre classes will be held here on Mondays at 10am.

Apex Nature Park is a beautiful park where we hold pop up Stroller Strides classes this Spring. Meet under the pavilion on the Seymour Johnson Athletic Fields side, right next to the playground.
