FIT4MOM is the nation’s leading prenatal and postnatal fitness program, providing fitness classes and a network of moms to support every stage of motherhood. From pregnancy, through postpartum and beyond, our fitness and wellness programs help make moms strong in body, mind, and spirit.

All of FIT4MOM's fitness classes and wellness programs were created to provide Strength in Motherhood®

Fit4Baby Prenatal Workout Classes

Prenatal FIT4BABY

FIT4BABY is a workout program designed specifically for moms-to-be. It includes cardio, strength training, balance, flexibility and core exercises to accommodate all trimesters of pregnancy. FIT4BABY will build your endurance, strengthen your body and prepare you for pregnancy, birth and beyond.

FIT4BABY can be started at anytime during your pregnancy.

Our FIT4BABY membership includes access to our weekly FIT4BABY class held Tuesdays from 7-8pm* as well as access to the FIT4MOM On Demand app so you can get in workouts at home throughout the month.

*November-February FIT4BABY class will be held virtually on zoom. Cary classes resume outdoors in March.


One time $19.99 registration fee

This is a recurring membership and payment is due on the 1st of every month. No minimum commitment. 15 days notice required to cancel. To cancel email nicolenorris@fit4mom.com by the 15th of the month.

Commit to 3 months and receive a $5 discount ($44/month)

Commit to 5 months and get 1 month free ($49/month for first 5 months, $0 due for month 6)

FIT4MOM 5 & 10 Class passes can be used for FIT4BABY.

Group Fitness for Moms

Stroller Strides® & Stroller Barre®

Stroller Strides and Stroller Barre are 60-minute workouts that incorporate cardio, strength, and core training, all while engaging and entertaining the little ones in a stroller!

Stroller Strides:

*Mondays 10am @Fenton, Cary

*Thursdays 10am @Apex Community Park

*Fridays & Saturdays 10am @Harold Ritter Park

Stroller Barre:

*Tuesdays 10am @Parrish Womble Park

Fitness Program for Moms

Body Well™

Body Well program is about the journey -- about taking time just for YOU, one day at a time -- for your body and soul. In this program, you will join our mamahood sisterhood; a community full of support, encouragement, and TLC.

Open to all women. You do not have to be a mom!

Our 4 week Holiday Hustle Body Well Mini Session runs from November 27th-December 23rd and includes:

-Access to 4 Body Boost* classes each week- Mondays 5:30am in Apex, Tuesdays 7:30pm in Cary, Thursdays 5:30am in Apex, Thursdays 7:30pm in Cary

-A private what's app group just for participants

-Accountability, support, and weekly check ins from your F4M instructor team

-Access to hundreds of workouts of varying length on the FIT4MOM On Demand app

-Access to ALL of our FIT4MOM stroller classes (If you are currently an unlimited stroller member you will not be charged your normal monthly fee in December because stroller classes will be included with your Body Well session.)

-Access to our weekly virtual Body Ignite class, Wednesdays 7:15-7:45pm via Zoom

*Body Boost is a high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout designed to challenge, empower and energize you. Combining cardio, strength training, core work and meditation, this total body workout will boost your physical and mental well being. This 60-minute class is just for you (no kiddos please) and will leave you feeling refreshed and recharged for motherhood and all that comes with it.

Body Ignite

Body Ignite is a women-only strength workout that targets every muscle in your body. This easy-to-follow program will increase your metabolism, athleticism, and ability to lift, lunge and push everything mom-life throws your way! (Though being a mom is not required to participate in this program. All women are welcome.)

Body Ignite is currently offered virtually on Wednesdays from 7:15-7:45pm.
