Fitness for You...Fun for Baby! Stroller Strides is a total fitness program for moms & you get to bring your kiddos along to enjoy the ride! Classes include power walking or jogging and intervals of strength and cardio exercises using exercise tubing, the stroller and the environment. Taught by a certified and specially trained fitness instructor, It is a great workout for any level of exerciser. Your Stroller Strides instructor will weave songs and activities into the class that are designed to entertain and engage your baby.
Class are modified for moms of all levels of fitness, as well as pregnant moms. Please bring a sturdy stroller, plenty of water, and a mat or towel for abs and stretching.
