Our Spring Training is Underway!


Our Run Club 5k & 10k training programs start March 17th!

Have you always wanted to call yourself a runner? Do you want to meet other like minded moms?

Too many people turn their back on the sport when running alone because they don't train the proper way.

Join our 5k or 10k training program this Spring and we will help you cross the finish line!

Run Club training program includes:

  • 8-10 weeks of coached training runs
  • Weekly training plan emails & guidance (2-3 additional runs/week completed on your own). Training plans are tailored for your ability level.
  • Personalized training plans and one-on-one coaching throughout the program.
  • Weekly educational "clinics" on running form, injury prevention, increasing speed & distance, and choosing the right shoes
  • Pre-run sessions on Strength Training for Runners, Core Workouts for Runners, and more
  • Private online Facebook group for motivation and discussion with your fellow Run Club members and instructor throughout the week
  • Supportive atmosphere with other moms working towards the same goal
  • 20% discount at Omega Sports in Cary

Our Spring 5k goal race is the Susan G Komen Race for the Cure on May 5th

Our Spring 10k goal race is the NCRC Classic 10k on May 20th

FIT4MOM's Run Club is designed for any level of runner, from beginner to expert. You'll learn about the fundamentals of running including injury prevention, pace, form, gear, and more. Strollers are welcome but you can also come alone. Run Club is a great way to get back to working out or add another type of workout to your routine!
