Fit4Baby: helping soon-to-be mothers find the STRENGTH FOR MOTHERHOOD!
Fit4Baby is a prenatal fitness program that teaches women how to exercise safely and effectively throughout their pregnancy. The hour-long prenatal workout is interval based, combining elements of strength training, cardiovascular exercises and stretching and balancing exercises. We train and certify our Fit4Baby instructors so they are properly prepared to lead pregnant women in exercises that are safe and appropriate for her changing body. This program is for all stages of pregnancy.
Pregnancy is the perfect time to commit to health; and exercise is an important component to well-being for pregnant women and new moms. We encourage each member of any FIT4MOM® program to seek a physician's approval before starting any exercise program.
Our Fit4Baby Prenatal classes are offered in 6-week sessions. Class is held every Sunday evening from 6:30-7:30PM at Dragonfly Crossfit and Training Center in Holly Springs.
