Run Club Half Marathon Training- Live Coaching Option

Half marathon training for women, over 12 weeks. Strollers welcome (optional).

Session designed to help you go from comfortably running about 5-6 miles at a time, to running a full half marathon (13.1 miles) in 12 weeks.

Next session August 28th-November 13th. Session includes 12 weeks of training, a personalized training plan, access to one FIT4MOM class each week for cross training, access to hundreds of at home workouts with the FIT4MOM On Demand app, a one time 20% discount at Pace Yourself Run Co. in Holly Springs and 1 group run each week- Sundays 7:30am @Harold Ritter Park.


Our Fall goal race will be the Holly Springs races on November 19th.
