Run Club 5K/10K Training- Live Coaching Option

5K or 10K training for women, over 8 weeks. Strollers welcome (optional).

Take your running to the next level with our 8-week guided training program for 5K or 10K runs. We provide opportunities to learn and improve your running techniques through our detailed training plans, coaching, and community support. Come run with us, mama!

Next session Septemer 25th-November 13th. Session includes 8 weeks of training, personalized training plan, access to one FIT4MOM class each week for cross training, access to hundreds of at home workouts with the FIT4MOM On Demand app, a one time 20% discount at Pace Yourself Run Co. in Holly Springs and 1 group run each week- Sundays 7:30am @Harold Ritter Park.


*Training begins Sunday, September 25th. Our Kickoff/welcome meeting for this session will be held on Sunday, September 18th.


Our Fall goal race will be the Holly Springs races on November 19th.
