Run Club 10K Training
Session designed to help you go from running about 2 miles (or 15-20 minutes)
at a time, to running a full 10K (6.2 miles) in just 8 weeks.
Advanced training is also available for experienced runners looking to improve their race time or set a PR on race day.
Strollers welcome (but optional).
Next session begins February 14th. Session includes 8 weeks of training, 2 runs each week (Tuesdays 10am @Parrish Womble Park and Sundays 8am @Harold Ritter Park Attend one, both or complete your training runs on your own at home), FIT4MOM tank, entry in our FIT4MOM goal race on April 11th and access to one FIT4MOM class each week for cross training.
