Prenatal Fitness Program: FIT4BABY (6 weeks)


FIT4BABY is a workout program designed specifically for moms-to-be. It includes cardio, strength training, balance, flexibility and core exercises to accommodate all trimesters of pregnancy. This 6-week program includes community-based workouts, weekly challenges, a private group and a weekly journal to document your fitness journey. FIT4BABY will build your endurance, strengthen your body and prepare you for pregnancy, birth and beyond.

Pregnancy is the perfect time to commit to you and your baby's health! Starting in June FIT4BABY classes are moving back to in person and will be held Sunday mornings at 10am at Parrish Womble Park in Holly Springs!

Registration is open now for our in person summer sessions. June 6th- July 18th (No class Sunday July 4th) and July 25th- August 29th


$69 per 6 week session. If this is your first session with us, you will receive a FIT4MOM resistance tube for you to use during class and at home.

Expecting moms are also always welcome at ALL of our Stroller Strides, Stroller Barre, Strides 360 and Body Boost classes.
