Body Back is a results-based workout designed for moms who want their body back, Whether she just had a baby or her last child was born twenty years ago. Most importantly, it helps women unlock their personal greatness in an inspiring and powerful environment. Body Back clients experience targeted high-intensity workouts and inspiration and motivation in every class. When done in conjunction with the Transformation meal plan and downloadable workouts, moms have a surefire combination for success.

What Does Body Back Transformation Include?

  • 2 HIIT workouts per week in a small group format
  • Meal planning resources, including brand new recipes
  • Before and after fitness assessments and measurements
  • Online coaching and support
  • 16 streaming workouts for homework
  • A resistance tube for strength training in class, as well as at home
  • Accountability checks all along your journey!

I did it!

My first round of assessments came and went already. The results are more than I dreamed I could do. I didn't have a goal weight in mind for this journey, I really just wanted to prove to myself that I could do it. I've been weighing myself at home so that number wasn't a huge surprise. What got me the most was my muscle % increase. In every way I move my body, I'm stronger. It's amazing to feel that. Walking up stairs, picking up my kids, and holding a plank. I didn't notice how different I look until I saw the before/after photos but I could feel it every day.

Aside from the physical changes and improved strength I’ve seen, I feel that I’ve really changed my and my family’s lifestyle to be more healthy too. We’ve significantly improved our diet (my 4 and 5 year olds are happy to snack on snap peas and carrots!) and I know I’m setting a great example for the rest of their lives by being active and taking care of myself.

It's been quite a ride. Meeting such encouraging strong women in these classes has been awesome. The Facebook group for encouragement and struggles was a huge help and appreciated. We're all so much stronger than we give ourselves credit for and it was such a great way to get to know other moms. It gave me new appreciation for myself and eating and exercise. And as challenging as it was, it was way more rewarding than I ever expected.

Some of my results:

  • Inches -9.5 inches (4 in my waist)

  • I held plank for double what I did the first day

  • I did 75% more biceps curls in a minute

  • 28 pushups in a minute (I couldn’t do 1 when I showed up)

My journey isn't over and I'm looking forward to seeing what else I'm capable of in the next session.
